Job Description
- Answers incoming calls.
- Directs calls to the sales team by distributing the leads.
- Receive and process leads.
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM.
- Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company.
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
