Job Description

  • Perfect handling for the patient and client
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports managing databases
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Send mail  and handling any task from manger

Work Conditions:

  • Working hours from Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm   or from 4 pm to 10 pm and two
  • Friday  or more   from 1pm to 10pm
  • Only live in new Cairo or Zahra naser city or katamya   very near to tagm3

Job Requirements

  • fresh  graduate or more maxi 35 years .
  • graduated  from faculty only
  • finished his military satiation
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Flexibility
  • Tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required
  • very good in English
  • male or female
  • Eagle person .hard worker
