Job Description
- Supervise the operation team to ensure set targets are met.
- Monitor the workflow system from operational perspective, while keeping the system up-to-date.
- Participate in UAT for new services.
- Handle daily complaints internal with our departments and external with biller if needed in various issues payment or technicality
- investigate in escalation related to any contest or loyalty program operating by cashcall or by the biller
- Handling Technical issues related to biller.
- Handle SMS that will be sent to market
- Align with call center team lead to share required information for any new service or tool
- Handle any issue with any service on production and make sure that issue fixed
- Handle any reconciliation issues with any biller and align with finance team to make sure that reconciliation is handled smoothly
- Update offline biller bills on Cashcall system
