Job Description
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan/attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day duties.
- Communication Channel Moderation ( WhatsApp Business, Emails, Social Media Platforms )
Job Requirements
- 0-2 Years of experience in a relevant position
- Fluency in the English language is a must, additional languages will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major from a reputable university (GUC/AAST/BIS/BUE/MUST/Cairo University(Georgia)/FUE/MSA/etc.. )
- Presentable.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to deal with different types of people.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Details-oriented planning and organizing skills.
- Can work efficiently under pressure.
- Team Player with strong cooperation skills.
