Job Description
- Assist in preparation for JCI and other accreditations/certifications, responsible for related projects .
- Attend meetings and represent L&D department when required.
- Work closely with Quality, Medical and Nursing teams to meet all requirements for mandatory trainings as per JCI, ISO, and other accreditations/certifications .
- Update training database and SAP system on monthly basis with new hires and leavers, and all other training records .
- Coordinate internal & external medical/technical trainings, find external training providers/instructors for specialized training when requested .
- Increase staff awareness by participating in L&D campaigns .
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree .
- Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma, TOT .
- Skills: English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills .
