Job Description

  • Receives, stores, and issues supplies.
  • Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
  • Ensures all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
  • Maintains a proper system for the items log.
  • Fills the store requisition and keeps tracking for the issuing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Knowledge in inventory management.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, etc) and have computer skills to work with computerized inventory system and data entry skills to update the inventory control system.
  • Ability to work in team.
