Job Description
- Receives, stores, and issues supplies.
- Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
- Ensures all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
- Maintains a proper system for the items log.
- Fills the store requisition and keeps tracking for the issuing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge in inventory management.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, etc) and have computer skills to work with computerized inventory system and data entry skills to update the inventory control system.
- Ability to work in team.
