- Prepare job descriptions and post them on suitable platforms to attract good calibers and conduct interviews with them.
- Manage all the communications with the governmental entities regarding social & medical insurance and employment office.
- Manage employees' development inside the company and put developmental plan for them as well as managing performance appraisals.
- Answer all employees' inquiries.
- Keeps company records confidential.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience is needed.
- Max. age 45 years.
- Bachelor degree of relevant field.
- Experience is all HR functions (Personnel, recruitment and employee relations)
- Good problem solving skills.
- Know the difference between managing HR department and managing employees relations.
- Efficient person, can handle team work.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
