Job Description
Export Section Head with experience in operations and logistics is needed for Easy Care group and Fine hygienic holding.
we looking for an Export section head to identify new business opportunities for our products in new markets . Responsible for building business across countries by doing market analysis, planning sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team
Job responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly sales target in Value, volume, Category and Gross profit
- Generate new leads and open new export markets in the assigned territories.
- Receive, coordinate and execute sales orders for all his markets.
- Follow up with logistics and ensure shipment is done on time.
- Open at least 3 new markets in 2023 in assigned clusters/territories and generate repeated sales orders.
- Draft annual sales plan for each market to be in line with the targeted goals.
- Develop recruited customers and move them to develop markets by achieving sales targets.
- Submit forecast and coordinate closely with sales support function and operation team.
- Generate monthly reports on sales activities and results vs targets per market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, marketing, or relevant field
- FMCG is a must
- 5-7 years of experience
- Experience in operations and logistics is a must
- Teamwork and good communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong in opening new markets
- Achieving sales target
- Develop customers.
- Exposure to some markets such as South African region and Asia is a plus.
- Proficiency in English
