Job Description

The After Sales Manager/ Service Operations Manager is responsible for the corporate management, direction and coordination of service operations and activities in order to optimize sales, cost controls and other operational and administrative goals and objectives. 

Is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, developing team members, and managing day-to-day vehicles maintenance service and delivery operations.

And will also formulate and recommend process, and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and follow up of vehicle prep operational tasks and projects including, but not limited to vehicle movement coordination in vehicle lots and delivery bays, delivery schedule monitoring, vehicle repairs, detailer performance, lot organization and maintenance, and coordinator support.
  • Monitor all Aftersales processes and measure all related KPIs.
  • Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
  • Responsible for the success metrics for customer SLAs, facility operational performance.
  • Develop and optimize support, service processes, tools, and operations systems.
  • Develop service centers process and productivity of team.
  • Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. 
  • Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
  • Informs engineers/technicians of time allowances on each repair order.
  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding service quality.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership, and follow up when the dealership is out of stock, in addition to customers and service center
  • Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly refilled “Stock control”, for all trade/retail and internal service customers.
  • Supervise the operations of after sales teams in all branches to ensure that targets are met.
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs for different brands.
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
  • Follow up on the team performance and solve any raised issues in the assigned branches.
  • Communicate with all related Department to maintain smooth workflow and solve any issues.
  • Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets.
  • Provide all periodic required reports to monitor Process on all after sales activities.
  • Any other assigned duties related to the job.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferable in automotive.
  • +10 years of experience in same field.
  • Experience in Automotive industry is must, operations, service, and spare parts sections.
  • Males only
  • Cairo Residents only
  • Proficiency of English language.
  • Excellent ability to negotiate and persuade
