Job Description
- Customizing our software solutions to meet the requirements for both our clients’ end-users and technical administrators
- Implementing our solutions in the Upland cloud or on-premise at the client site
- Working in conjunction with your Project Manager and customers in post-sales discussions to determine their requirements
- Assist the software development team, when not on customer-specific projects, in developing our core software offering
- Provide Product Management with client feedback and new ideas for product enhancements
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Experience working with project stakeholders to determine their software requirements from both an end-user and administrative perspective
- User interface design experience:
- HTML\CSS
- Twitter Bootstrap
- Responsive design concepts
- Minimum 3 years combined exposure with the following technologies:
- Java & Servlets\JSPs
- JSTL
- JavaScript – browser-side debugging and libraries such as:
- jQuery
- React
- WebServices – both client and server-side:
- REST
- SOAP
- Good communication skills
- Have an understanding of web protocols
- Understanding SaaS infrastructure and architecture
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to helpdesk products (e.g., ServiceNow), CRM Products (Salesforce.com, NetSuite), and search technology (Lucene) is a plus
- Understand the authentication flow, e.g., SAML, OpenID, OAuth or other authentication protocols and concepts, implementations, and troubleshooting is a plus
