Job Description
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Running catering operations and Kitchen logistics
- Monitor quality of the food and service
- Determine requirements in ingredients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor the stock of food & beverage with warehouse (In & out)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on experience with creating menus from scratch
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in Administration and Catering Facilities is required.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions, and an awareness of health and hygiene procedures.
- Very Good communication skills
- Good skills with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Stress management skills.
- Good ability to deal with numbers (to review and calculate ).
- Good English Language.
