Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Running catering operations and Kitchen logistics
  • Monitor quality of the food and service
  • Determine requirements in ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor the stock of food & beverage with warehouse (In & out) 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on experience with creating menus from scratch
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in Administration and Catering Facilities is required.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions, and an awareness of health and hygiene procedures.
  • Very Good communication skills
  • Good skills with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Stress management skills.
  • Good ability to deal with numbers (to review and calculate ).
  • Good English Language.
