Job Description

  • Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward.
  • Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.
  • Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
  • Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it.
  • Assign duties to workers and inspect already completed tasks to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standards.
  • Make recommendations to help improve housekeeping services within the organization.
  • Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also prepare reports on a routine basis
  • Assists the Facilities Manager in preparing reports to client; attend client meetings in the absence of a manager.
  • Act as communication liaison between housekeeping employees and senior management.
  • Coordinate workforce needs and train employees.
  • Solid experience in using cleaning chemicals and cleaning machines.
  • Aware about BICS standards is a plus
  • Computer and skills and MS office.
  • Having a Saudi driving license is plus
    • Must have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
    • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
    • Solid problem-solving skills.
    • Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment.
    • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
    • Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines.
    • Minimum three (5-7) years’ experience as a Project Supervisor in a facilities management or hospitality industry.
