Job Description

  • Supervising center daily operations.
  • Reviewing the daily income (cash & credit), and do all efforts to ensure that the center achieves the monthly income target.
  • Following up on the patients’ claims process & follow up collection.
  • Supervising center purchasing cycle and inventory.
  • Bring out the best of subordinate employees by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Ensuring that all employees are knowledgeable about their job duties, and that they are always up to date and aware of the center offers/deals.
  • Evaluating direct subordinates’ performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed.
  • Make sure that the center is on the highest level of cleanliness, and that all maintenance needs are fulfilled.
  • Locating the areas of improvement and proposes preventive/corrective actions in order to minimize the customers complaints.
  • Handling all customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Sending regular reports to the management.

Job Requirements

  • Medical Service background is preferable.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-6 years of experience in similar position.
  • Very Good in English.
  • Excellent communications & problem-solving Skills.
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
