Job Description
- Supervising center daily operations.
- Reviewing the daily income (cash & credit), and do all efforts to ensure that the center achieves the monthly income target.
- Following up on the patients’ claims process & follow up collection.
- Supervising center purchasing cycle and inventory.
- Bring out the best of subordinate employees by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Ensuring that all employees are knowledgeable about their job duties, and that they are always up to date and aware of the center offers/deals.
- Evaluating direct subordinates’ performance and provide feedback and coaching when needed.
- Make sure that the center is on the highest level of cleanliness, and that all maintenance needs are fulfilled.
- Locating the areas of improvement and proposes preventive/corrective actions in order to minimize the customers complaints.
- Handling all customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Sending regular reports to the management.
Job Requirements
- Medical Service background is preferable.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar position.
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communications & problem-solving Skills.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
