Job Description
- Generate quotations for packages received from clients
- Create necessary revisions and amendments in a timely manner
- Keep note of all project updates and pending payments
- Manage and oversee payment collection and records of them
- Manage and oversee expenses payments and records of them
- Oversee project details and required purchases
- Reach out to suppliers for quotations and make necessary purchases
- Make sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame
- Delivery and Installation follow-ups
- Attending regular meetings with clients and suppliers
- Assign detail drawings tasks to designers and follow up
- Reviewing detail drawings and feedback to check consistency
- Preparing necessary paperwork, contracts, fabric assignment sheets, letters, etc.
- Occasionally oversee/purchase fabrics and their selection
- Reach out to the factory for necessary samples and follow-up
- Building strong and good connections with clients and consultants
- Handle problems that come up during manufacturing and/or delivery
- Take part in planning and negotiating new business steps/opportunities
- Site visits when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Business administration or similar
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Presentation Skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and layouts
