Job Description

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics, etc.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors applications, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Train and mentor clients and team members on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of various modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Workforce Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • SAP certification(s) in SuccessFactors or related modules is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
