Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking advice on recruitment policies and procedures via phone, email, fax, web …. Etc
- Receive Job requests from all departments – Affiliates for filling arising vacancies.
- Build a pool of qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Sourcing qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, social media, Internet recruiting resources, recruiting firms, walk-ins and employee referrals.
- Select applicants meeting specified job requirements.
- Contact job applicants to review their resumes and arrange interviews.
- Allow the selected interviewees to fill out the job application forms.
- Allow the candidates to carry out personality IT tests, and English test according to the job specified.
- Interview job applicants and obtain information on work history, education, training and evaluate them from the behavioral aspect.
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Follow up on completion of the recruitment procedures within the Personnel department.
- Settle hiring-related paperwork.
- Arrange for newly hired employees’ orientation program.
- Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
- Ensure the successful on-boarding of new hires.
- Participate in IFT employee engagement project:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or any related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent time management.
