Job Description

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Track employees absences (regular / irregular).
  • Preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
  • Reviewing the absence cases and reviewing the vacation requests and leave notices.
  • Preparing monthly payroll and issue pay slips.
  • Ensuring employees adherence to the company policies.
  • Handling all employee relations matters.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker is a must.
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline.
  • Preferably females.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • HR certificate or a diploma is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HR functions especially recruitment from 0 – 1 year is a must.
  • Work location is Cairo, Nasr City.
  • Working hours are from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
