Job Description
- Adhere to project cost standards, processes, and procedures across the project.
- Prepare and control cost report, maintaining a consistent approach to reporting.
- across the portfolio of projects considering capital expenditures as well as operational costs.
- Analyze and integrate cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and suppliers, and support the cost estimation process
- Review the cost effects of changes and incorporate the effects of changes approved in the project control budget and current cost forecasts.
- Ensures that the project cost report reflects the correct value of the approved changes and that the projected final cost includes all approved changes.
- Develop, monitor and maintain overall Monthly Project Cost Reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Budgeting & costing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.
