Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ordering office stationery and supplies.
  • Maintaining internal databases.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls.
  • Follow up on customer collection.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Preferred to have experience in real estate.
  • October residence.
