Job Description
- Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions .
- Preparing internal training rooms and follow-up on attendance.
- Organizing external training courses in terms of following up with trainees before training, sending announcement letters of training dates and places; and during the training process in resolving any issues may occur and following up with providers on attendees’ evaluations and attendance.
- Collect performance evaluation to extract the TNA models.
- Distribute and assemble model TNA training needs and collect the data required to prepare the annual training plan (TNA - PA - competencies matrix)
- Contact with various training centers and get the best prices.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures.
- Skills in the training administration.
- Very good in MS office specially Power Point program.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- V. good English.
