Job Description
- Assist Production Manager in achieving the required goals
- Manage Fabrication team
- Maintaining the quality of Steel Fabrication production
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities
- Follow up the daily fabrication and ensure the efficiency of the equipment
- Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs
- Controls production process and production facilities
- Responsible for preparing production lines
- Develop material handling and manipulation requirements to facilitate fabrication and delivery to production
- Support project delivery requirements – time/cost/quality
- Use specialized software (Autocad, SolidWorks) to assist the production process
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
- 2-4 years’ experience in steel fabrication
- Have a wide knowledge of steel fabrication process as cutting, fabrication, and welding
- Management and communication skills
