Stakeholder analysis o Develop the theory of change and logical results framework
Develop indicators and define baselines and targets

Assistance in the operational activities of the center.
Assist in the design and implementation of the Centre's various initiatives. Assisting with any other tasks required by the center

At least 10 years of experience in the field of follow-up and evaluation in general, and at least 5 years of experience in (Complex Monitoring and Evaluation Framework)
A Ph.D. or a master’s degree in the field of follow-up, evaluation, and impact measurement, or in any field of human sciences such as economics and sociology.
