Job Description
- Monitoring and evaluation plan for each organization
- Stakeholder analysis o Develop the theory of change and logical results framework
- Develop indicators and define baselines and targets
- Develop M&E action plans (Membership and Evaluation frameworks)
- Collect and analyze indicators data and write monitoring and evaluation reports
- Building capacity of organizations Raising awareness
- Building follow-up and evaluation units in organizations and building the capacity of workers
- Contributing to the design of awareness and training workshops o Contributing to writing articles and introductory pamphlets issued by the center
- Contributing to the development of content for periodic knowledge products and social media sites
- Assistance in the operational activities of the center.
- Assist in the design and implementation of the Centre's various initiatives. Assisting with any other tasks required by the center
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of follow-up and evaluation in general, and at least 5 years of experience in (Complex Monitoring and Evaluation Framework)
- A Ph.D. or a master’s degree in the field of follow-up, evaluation, and impact measurement, or in any field of human sciences such as economics and sociology.
