Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Conduct full user experience research.
- Use user research data (from usability studies, surveys, interviews, etc.) and usage metrics to inform design choices.
- Design user interfaces for mobile apps, web, and tablets.
- Build and maintain design systems
- Create iterative design documentation including user journey flows, wireframes, visual designs, functional prototypes, and detailed specifications of behaviors and design implementation
- Analyze customer requirements.
- Analyze product usage, identify areas to improve the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing
- Identify and solve usability and UI design problems.
- Drive and track adoption of usability enhancements
- Define and document UI standards
- Collaborate closely with other subject matter experts, developers and other business stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
- Up to date with the new UX/UI design software and tools
- Proficiency in Adobe XD
- Understanding and experience of most popular UI Guidelines (Apple UIKit, Google Material Design, etc.) and modern styles
- Excellent sense of visual design like layout, composition, color, typography, etc.
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile web and native applications
- Experience with user-centric design processes
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a positive attitude
- Experience creating functional prototypes
