Job Description
- Meetings
- Assist in scheduling the meeting for EXCO and Chairman along with JD.
- Review meetings that were done, placed on hold, need complementary and pending.
- Booking meetings for at least 2 weeks-time and prioritizing important and time-sensitive subject matter.
- Ensuring that all meetings have appropriate agendas and descriptions.
- Confirmation with stakeholders a day before the meeting. Especially external stakeholders.
- Business Trips
- Assist in booking hotel accommodations and airfare.
- Booking full itinerary of the whole trip in the calendar, including location links and travel time duration.
- Preparing the kit of credentials for the chairman and ensuring it is updated.
- Email
- To handle the chairman’s email and ensure that all time-sensitive emails are being discussed with him.
- Minutes of Meetings
- To do the necessary minutes when needed.
- AdHoc
Assist the chairman in any personal and ad hoc matter.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration "or equivalent".
- Excellent English and Arabic languages proficiency.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organizational skills.
- Experience of work in international environment is a strong plus.
- Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Board members, executives and senior level staff.
