Job Description
- Implement work process strategy , give the tasks and instructions to all team members on site.
- Make plans for all projects before launching till implementing process.
- Coordinate with HR in recruitment process to get the best candidates for positions.
- Coordinate with procurement department to provide the best quality materials and supplies with prices according to company's budget.
- Assure KPI's for tracking the performance of team members.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects by coordinating with procurement team.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Implement and monitor HSE rules and regulations on sites and warehouses.
- Reporting to the executive director and board of director all sites and work related matters.
Job Requirements
- BSc in engineering preferably civil engineer.
- PMP is a must
- 10 years of experience in the same position.
- A construction and real estate development background is a must
