Job Description
- Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure operations and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
- Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
- Check the Mechanical problems during operations and set all possible steps to prevent re-occurrence of such problems.
- Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines.
- Identify all new spares & tools released through the main workshop to maintain different plant ‘s equipment.
- Monitor & control spare usages and quantities in the main warehouse & fast stations of the Company.
- Ensure the availability of all raw materials required to manufacture spare parts.
- Train staff to carry out mechanical repairs safely.
- Ensure correct completion of 5 why root cause analysis and job cards.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience preferred in PLASTIC/FMCG industries.
- Experience in Mechanical maintenance of manufacturing / packaging-bottling lines.
- Very good in English Language
- B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
- Plastic Knowledge and practices.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
