Job Description
- Collect the line loading plan from the Planning Department
- Collect size set sample and make operation bulletin accordingly.
- Collect Operation Bulletin and make a paper layout
- Discuss with Maintenance in-charge regarding the machine, folder, attachment, and Technical personnel for technical issues.
- Find out the bottleneck process and solve it
- Give daily production target and follow up production achievement.
- Hourly production follow-up
- Workstation design
- Prepare daily Man/ Machine report
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Experience needed in Garment/textile production facility
- Excellent communication skills.
- Management skills
- Solve problems skills
- Fluent in English.
- Lean Manufacturing - six sigma.
