Job Description
Job Purpose:
-To operate, Maintain and continuously improve on hand material visibility.
-Ensure day to day material availability in line with business needs.
-Achieve inventory accuracy goals by maintaining accurate supply & demand activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate production through timely and appropriate supply of materials according to moving production schedule.
-In advance review for production work orders materials requirements comparing with MFG BOM.
- Running MRP on a daily basis, develop materials delivery schedule to meet the requirements.
- Daily management of issues related to late materials delivery, suppliers claim and quality inspection failure.
- ECO BOM modification follow up and ensure applicable schedule is matching stock information.
- Matching system and actual inventory, analyze discrepancies and fix preventive actions.
- Monthly stocktaking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- (1~3) Years of experience in Materials Management field.
- Manufacturing background is preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Power Point)
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
- Leadership skills.
