- Focus on Key accounts and on promoting the products
- Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Study competitors product lines and develop materials to support sales activities.
- Monitor a team of sales representatives.
- Set plans and targets for the team.
Job Requirements
- Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (with proven academic records; good scores) (MUST)
- Age 40-45 years
- Fluent in English; French is preferred
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Clear visible ability to lead a team
- Sales Export Experience (MUST)
- Africa travel experience (MUST)
- Business to Business supplier front (B2B Experience) (MUST)
- Plastics and/or Packaging industry (preferred)
- Technical product sales experience (MUST)
- SAP system knowledge (preferred)
