Job Description

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Calling through a list of current and potential clients to collect data to measure customer satisfaction
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  • Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand
  • Maintaining records of customer contacts
  • Maintaining records of survey responses
  • Following up on previous customers
