Responsibilities:
- Calling through a list of current and potential clients to collect data to measure customer satisfaction
- Answering customer inquiries
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Maintaining records of survey responses
- Following up on previous customers
