Job Description
- Accountable for managing plant production activities across multiple shifts and/or departments to produce products that meet established quality, customer service, safety, innovation and cost metrics consistent with schedules and policies.
- Planning and organizing production schedules, forecasting demand for all lines of production.
- Implement the plan of daily and weekly production with plant Manager.
- Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production processes.
- Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department.
- Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.Implements standard work and maintains improvement through sustaining behaviors, operating with discipline and rigor, implementing autonomous maintenance.
- Oversees the production of quality products to fulfill customer requirements.
- Preparing daily reports for production.
- Controls and effectively utilizes the production capacity, manpower and equipment and outside resources through planning, organizing and scheduling to minimize losses; works within the framework of the budget to optimize company profitability.
- Safely and accurately perform all duties as required for this position to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required. - Discuss the needs of the department with the plant manager and quality manager.
- Follow up the efficiency of devices.
- Follow up the of daily stocks of raw materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree on engineering, agriculture, science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of production experience in dairies industries (is a must).
- Alexandria residency is preferred.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent dealing with ERP reports and Microsoft office work.
