Job Description

  • Process Analysis: An expert in SOP standards is skilled at thoroughly analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement. They examine each step, evaluate its relevance and efficiency, and determine whether any steps can be eliminated, streamlined, or automated. This analysis helps in establishing realistic time frames for each process.
  • An expert in sheet metal fabrication and aluminum assembly is well-versed in the properties and characteristics of different types of sheet metal and aluminum alloys. They have a deep understanding of how various metals behave under different conditions, including factors such as strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. This expertise enables them to select the most suitable materials for specific applications, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
  • Study our production line and improve by progressive sheets and daily discussions with the CEO
  • Optimize product cost, and Develop R&D Function as per the new methodologies to fulfill customers’ needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor the production according to the plan and Communicate with the direct manager regarding any delays or any production circumstances.
  • Suggest recommendations and corrective action improve the product according to faced issues.
  • Generate the implementation of the production plan as per the planned schedule in a way that maximizes the production efficiency of the machinery.
  • Report the production progress regarding each order to the production manager, and coordinate with the quality department for the finished product approvals.
  • Ensure the proper delivery of the approved products to the final product warehouse, and update the SAP with the produced product that had been delivered to the warehousing.
  • Organize daily tasks and their priorities with production technicians and workers to fulfill the daily plan.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. in Engineering is a must (Production department).
  • Deep knowledge of production management
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
