Job Description
Role Duties & Responsibilities in Brief:
- Handles customer accounts and follows through all inquiries .
- Provides accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools.
- Handles customers complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensures issue is resolved.
- Follows up with supply team to secure timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinates with freight forwarders shipments from worldwide shipping platforms.
- Handles Invoices and prepares all required export documentations.
- Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from the chamber of commerce.
- Direct submitter of original export documents to the bank as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned and communicated.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain /Logistics or Business (preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in customer support/Exports
- Main areas of expertise : Export documentations - LC documentations - Warehouse and Logistics / Customer Service/Shipment coordination.
General Requirements:
- Fluent English language is a must
- SAP user is a must
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Gender: Male
- Age: 26 - 30 (maximum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Ability to build rapport easily with customers from different backgrounds
- Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task
