Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our range of ERP software, accounting systems, and ECM archiving solutions, and converting leads into sales. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to introduce and promote our accounting and administrative software solutions.
  • Effectively use scripts to answer questions about our products and services and demonstrate their value to the customer.
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and ask relevant questions to ensure accurate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals or direct prospects to field sales when necessary.
  • Accurately record customer information, update databases, and process orders.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales quotas, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads, and handle incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Persuade customers by demonstrating how our solutions meet their business needs.

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ECM solutions, and other administrative software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems, with the ability to learn and explain technical products effectively.
  • Fluent in Gulf dialect with excellent communication skills in English.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales quotas, especially over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections and complaints.
  • Persistence, patience, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with general accounting and business management is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in telesales or a related field.
