Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment and selection process for both white and blue collars.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs and vacancies within the organization to be able to identify staffing needs. 
  • Posting job openings on various platforms: company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally, etc…
  • Scanning the market for choosing the appropriate and trendy platform for developing and accelerating our organization’s manpower needs.
  • Reviewing and Screening for all applications received to identify the most suitable applicants
    for the open vacancies.
  • Sending formal invitation e-mail for selected candidates for conducting interviews to provide them with all needed information for the interview and company location.
  • Carrying out all administrative arrangements for attended candidates for the selection process, including arranging tests, etc…
  • Conducting HR interviews with potential hires (phone interviews, Virtual and face to face) for shortlisting.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to department managers for conducting technical interviews.
  • Maintaining database up to date for all candidates and their status.
  • Sending feedback mail to technical manager to give feedback and status about conducted HR interviews.
  • Preparing job offer to the selected candidate and sending via e-mail and answering for any inquiries related to compensation and benefits at our organization. 
  • Prepare all needed tools for the new candidates.
  • Preparing on boarding program for the new candidates, to be aligned with technical department manager and monitoring the flow of it for any needed assistance or inquiry.
  • Welcoming the new candidate in the first joining day, receiving the employment documents, sending his/her details to personnel department to register on our HR system.
  • Observing the new candidate in the probation period for providing him with any requested assistance. 
  • Prepare formal rejection letters to be sent to not selected candidates.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
  • Monthly analysis report for recruitment status to be sent to Talent Management Head including( number of open vacancies, opening date for each vacancy, number of applicants sent to department manager, their status, date for filling the request by hiring the qualified candidate as per job profile).
  • Keeping of recruitment files up to date in our archive.

Job Requirements

Working Days 

6 Days.

Days Off 

1 Day (2 Saturdays per month)

Working Hours 

7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Annual Leaves: 

21 days per year (available after the first 3 months)

Probation Period 

3 months from the contract’s date

Education:

Bachelor's degree in or related fields

Experience:

Proven experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year of experience, especially in the manufacturing sector

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).

Language:

Excellent Command of English language skills.

Technical Tools:

  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of referral programs.
  • Very good time management and Strong attention to detail.
