Job Description
We are looking for a Learning Designer Developer (LDD) to help us in Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
Candidate should have experience between 3 to 5 years of experience in working in the Training companies with proven success records in developing and designing innovative learning journeys and winning technical proposals.
Candidate should have solid experience in Gamification for Learnings and Serious Fun learning games.
Candidate should :
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Communicate with international affiliated bodies to get accreditations and partnerships
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs for our clients
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities for our clients
- Design serious fun games and simulations
- Communicate with SME's for content development
- Prepare and design technical proposal
- Attend technical meetings with our clients
Job Requirements
- Good English writer , reader and speaker
- Ability to design and Write Arabic materials and proposals
- Proven experience as an LDD
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Ability to design serious fun games for learning
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
