Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Take order from Customer and Entry it in Company System.
- Follow up on customer order status.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Provide pricing and delivery information by dealing with the Planning and production department.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- 9 hours work 1 hour brake 1day off.

- متابعة تفاعلات العملاء

- توفير معلومات التسعير والتسليم من خلال التعامل مع قسم التخطيط والإنتاج
- تسجيل تفاصيل الاستفسارات والتعليقات والشكاوى
- (يوم واحد عطلة) (ساعة راحه)(9 ساعات عمل)
