Job Description

  • Dealing with Vendors / Tenants queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversees day-to-day vendors operations handling any issues which may arise to keep the Vendors operational on site and off site.
  • Negotiating issues with tenants, contract renewals and identifying key wins for the company.
  • Maintaining documentation, financial records and preparing promotional materials and records.
  • Aiding in organizing and executing Commercial promotional activities, events and special commercial activities.
  • Ensuring Vendors are compliant with contractual obligations, limitations and operational excellence.
  • Investigating any violations done by vendors, creating a comprehensive report to the commercial manager.
  • Communicating internally with other departments to ensure vendors / Tenants requested are redirected to the concerned department with follow-up on service delivery with proper reporting for management.
  • Creating a comprehensive weekly report with onsite activities for management.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1+ year Experience in customer service Public Relation (real-estate/Commercial and leasing is a plus).
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills , Excellent listening, negotiation and presentable.

  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
