Job Description
JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Product Support Office and the Welfare Service Division in their daily administrative duties. This position will require you to provide a wide range of administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Product Support Office, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, and organizing filing systems.
- Serve as the communication hub of the department by relaying information, collecting and organizing data, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Director and department in daily project administration tasks, including maintaining SharePoint directories and preparing presentations and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using administrative software and maintain contact lists.
- Support the Integrated Control Center (ICC) on a daily basis and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and stay current with professional development courses and software training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
