Job Description
- Put a concrete performance management process and system that suits all levels and friendly user.
- Generate and put the basis for an effective Talent review process that identifies potential internal talent pool.
- work with L&D to identify fundamental training plans to upgrade employee’s performance and bring it up to standards.
- Develop a consistent group compensation strategy.
- Unify and standardize Maxim group benefit schemes.
- Redefine our group benefits programs and payroll to be able to attract and retain all generations, genders and diversity.
- Begin the process to install a new job leveling structure.
- Leverage the compensation tool deeper in the Group to earn employees trust and ensure engagement.
- Develop a structured periodical audit tool to pulse check all HR practices and adherence to policies and compliance.
- Develop a comprehensive labor relation strategy
- Train our HR managers and leaders on critical HR areas
- Drive a consistent change management approach and implement it
- Take Talent Management planning to the next level with our CEOs and GMs
- Define a comprehensive Team Member Value Proposition and corresponding people principles.
- Improve our HR communication planning and execution.
- Cascade the Mission, Vision and values of the Group and ensure engagement.
- Improve selection, hiring and on-boarding process.
- Activate employees recognition programs and facilitate them for people practices
- Work on creating a clean, healthy, diversified with equal opportunities working atmosphere
Job Requirements
- 20 years at least proven experience in Human Resources among which is minimum of 5 years in a leading position.
- MBA in HR or management from a reputable university
- Fluent Arabic and English languages.
