Job Description
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.

- Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- High level of proficiency in the use of a personal computer is necessary, including skills in Microsoft Office especially (Word, Excel).
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
