Job Description
- Review design briefs provided by stakeholders, understand project requirements, and clarify any ambiguities or additional information needed.
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
- Work closely with other team members to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with the marketing objectives and target audience.
- Conduct research to gather information, trends, and inspiration that support design decisions and ensure designs are up to date and relevant.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design work and ensure designs adhere to the company's design guidelines and brand identity.
- Proficiently use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit designs.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver designs in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Familiarity with design projects within the retail, food and beverage, or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
- Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign.
