Job Description
- Plan and implement the overall operation chain strategy
- Maintain standards of health, safety and hygiene
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Customizing the Operation ERP System With warehouse manager
- Determine key Operation KPIs
- Work closely and Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality compliance, internal audit, planning and Customer Service teams to roll out new initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Put products withdrawal policy (First in first out …. etc)
- valuate and Guide his staff within direct supervision.
- Provide constructive feedback
- Improve and review the effective of the quality of Delivery and logistics Process to improve customers engagement below some of examples :
- Suggest solutions for process improvements from delivery time and quality perspective
- Reduce the operation preparing time
- improve the Instrument and Stock rotation among all operations to fulfil all the operations needs and raise the customer satisfaction
- Monitoring expired date
- Monitoring stock levels with planning Department
- Minimize the stagnant items
- Overseeing the ordering and Delivering process
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience as an operation or supply chain Manager for (5) years in the same position
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferable Medical Background
