Job Description

  • Achieve a sales targets through prospecting for new clients and current client’s development.
  • Receiving potential consumer's inquiries for export.
  • Preparing export offers according to client needs and company's procedures.
  • Update the company's product list to suit customer requirements.
  • Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.
  • Participate solving all problems promptly including writing a detailed report to keep on file.
  • Communicate with the Execution, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to enable an efficient export process.
  • Follow up export payment collections.
  • Evaluates and qualifies export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
  • Participate in the policies and procedures manual with the export manager.
  • Searches about the targeted countries' legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations.
  • Ensures the delivered products regularly comply with each country's rules and regulations.
  • Prepare a market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
  • Organize participation in trade exhibitions.
  • Establish new as well as manage relationships with current main importers, traders and offshore partners to ensure meeting of their financial and order commitments to the company through close monitoring receiving market feedback and visits.
  • Penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in the different region.
  • Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve strategic goals of the company in export business.
  • Develop good working relationships with various departments within the designated account companies (management, sales, marketing, operations/procurement, research and technical services).
  • Contact potential customers and sources of new business and developing plans to capture new business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Relative experience in exporting agricultural crops, Fruits and vegetables is a must
  • Fluent in English is a must, Extra language is preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • having good database about importers Agricultural Products
  • Negotiation skills
  • Time management skills
