Job Description

  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • Participate in resolving high-severity issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement appropriate monitoring, alerting, and measurements to ensure the health of our environments.
  • Follow up with ISP to assure service quality and stability. 

Job Requirements

  • Engineering or computer science bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
