Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media
- Developing effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
- Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention
- Ensuring the online content adheres to the industry guidelines and company standards
- Manage all the graphics work of the product (Website, screenshots on the app stores, and any graphics included in the development cycle)
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Planning and visualizing concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, company identity, and advertisement
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is a Must
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of social media principles and best practices
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Uber suggest, and SEO Workers Analysis Tool
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, capability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originalityHighly proficient in all design aspects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc)
- High proficiency in After Effects (and popular plug-ins), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
