Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to users to resolve technical issues.
- Training employees on using company-specific devices and software.
- Managing internal networks and servers.
- Securing data and ensuring the protection of information systems.
- Providing regular reports on system performance and development.
- Establishing the infrastructure of the company branch.
Management and Monitoring of Surveillance Systems and Cameras (Hikvision):
- Installation and maintenance of surveillance cameras and recording systems (DVR/NVR).
- Configuration and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitoring performance and conducting regular inspections.
Management of Biometric Systems:
- Installation and maintenance of biometric devices and integration with software.
- Setting up the system for attendance and leave reports.
- Troubleshooting faults and ensuring system efficiency.
Management of Telephone Systems (Stream Grand):
- Configuration and maintenance of IP telephones.
- Management of internal communication networks (PBX) and providing technical support.
Responsibilities related to the company's website:
- Website hosting issues:
- Dealing with servers hosting the site.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to server connectivity or site performance.
Job Requirements
Work Experience:
- A minimum of five years of experience in Information Technology or the mentioned system management fields.
- Previous experience working on security systems (Cybersecurity Systems) and Network Security (e.g., Sophos, FortiGate).
- Previous experience with ERP Systems, especially Odoo.
Qualifications and Technical Certifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Certified technical qualifications such as CompTIA or CCNA.
- Specialized certificates or courses in:
- Hikvision for surveillance systems management.
- Stream Grand for telephone systems management.
- ERP for system customization and programming.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting technical faults and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of computer network infrastructure.
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
