Job Description
- Ensuring that Fabric Planning System and its processes are established, implemented and maintained.
- Determine the amount of fabric, equipment and raw materials required to cover the demand for production.
- Communicating with the merchandising team about the customers’ requirements regarding the quality, color and weight of fabric requested.
- Meeting with suppliers to make fabric orders needed for production.
- Follow the fabric order until placed in fabric store on agreed date.
- Ensure the fabric ordered specifications meet with customer requirements regarding quality, color, amount &etc…
- Communicating with cutting department, to ensure that fabric is enough and is ready to be sewed.
- Check and confirm all additional & excess fabrics requirement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Textile is preferred or any equivalent field.
- 3 years of experience in Textile or Garment Field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good Negotiation & Communication and Planning skills are required.
- Very good Microsoft office skills.
- Alexandria resident.
