Job Description

  • Evaluates, records, and response to additional/special service requests (i.e., Order related, driver issues, etc.).
  • Ensure correct estimates in transport planning system.
  • Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow-on discrepancies with suppliers and Customer Service.
  • Ensure driver's happiness and satisfaction by tracking NPS.
  • Manage over, short, loss, and damaged shipment issues. 
  • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
  • Track and trace shipments, drivers, and deliveries.
  • Create. lead and continuously improve the support channel of drivers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the meeting of KPIs during a shift.
  • Be POC between CS and driver to provide orders support.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, 
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in logistics operations.
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience.
  • Working knowledge of products and services 
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Having a track record of building high-performing, motivated, and engaged teams.
  • Good customer focus
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
  • Abilities to lead and manage drivers
